01.Equipped with Unique Infeed Mechanism

Unique infeed mechanism continuously allows constant amount/constant pressure control, securing stable grinding with the best conditions. “conditions” seems strange here… perhaps “outcomes” would be better.

02.Machining Processed Requiring Craftsmanship Is Mostly Automated.

CNC is applied for the grinding head infeed shaft, the grinding head rocking shaft and the workpiece turning shaft, to automate all operations except workpiece replacement, which allows high-precision cutting edge machining without a skilled technician. Furthermore, an operator, freed from complex operation, can now handle multiple-machine operation.

03.Concurrent Dressing Unit Provided as Standard

Automatic dressing unit, indispensable for PCD machining, is standard issue. It executes grinding wheel cleaning automatically during machining.
